All Sport Injuries

Welcome to Sport Injuries Ireland. The first informative self help site for sport and muscular injuries through sports or just plain ole bad living!

Based in Drogheda and Navan, we can treat most muscular or sport injuries on site.

Loads of free advice and links to the best sport injury sites on the web. So if you have a sport injury, muscle injury, sciatica, Fibromyalgia, ankle sprain, back pain, leg or calf pain, shoulder injury, frozen shoulder, neck injury, trunk injury (chest or stomach) Groin injury, Knee, hamstring, quad, hip, thigh, shin splints, or foot injury please have a good read and email or call me on the below number.

I am a Physical Neuromuscular Therapist but also hold certificates in Sports Nutrition, Dry Needling, (western version of acupuncture) Sports and Deep tissue massage, Graston Technique to remove stubborn scar tissue and newly added TRIGENICS (A Sensory Motor restoration system that reprograms the way the brain detects and rids the Musco-Skeletal system of pain , disfunction and dikenesia,) but don't really mind if you call me a Physio!!

But beware, some of my therapy is based upon using DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE, and when I say deep, I mean deep although I don't leave bruises like some therapists. Its deep when needed but well worth it.

Just ask any of my previous clients. Here's a testimonial I added today (16th Feb 2011) and will add more once I hassle my previous clients for them!                                                                  TESTIMONIALS

Please contact me to discuss group or club rates.
