Well this is all the fiddely bits I do like strapping your ankle that you have wrecked for the fifteenth time even though I have told you to rest it for 2 weeks, but no . you just had to play. Hey who am I , Your Mother. No you show her more repsect.

Well Sonny jim I m here to tell you, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Taping and strapping is used in certain circumstances and is a means of providing support and protection to an injured area while allowing maximum amount of safe movement for that area, without causing any further damage.

The benefit of strapping is it controls swelling and inflammation if applied correctly and at the right time. It improves circulation in the area, and prevents any compensation on muscular structure. It also helps prevent atrophy of the muscle tissue and gradually brings you back to training in a confident manner just as mother used to say! See above.

Contact me now and I will sort you out in a padded envelope or is that a jiffy. I will stop now with the crap jokes!
